Tequila bread?

My newest hobby (or rather a return to an old one) is baking bread. I wonder if I could combine the flavours of a tequila with bread... has anyone tried that? Sort of like beer bread.


I figure I'd have to leave some out so the alcohol evaporated (I know, what a sad waste...). Not sure how long but I hope a day would suffice.


I'd use a little agave syrup, too.


Anejo? Or blanco? Still debating....
