Tequila Maker's Dinner Pairing with Don Pilar

1833 Restaurant in Monterey will be hosting the Gala Dinner with Don Pilar on September 30th at 6pm. Tickets are $65 per person for 3 courses with Tequila Cocktail Pairings. please call 831.643.1833 for reservations.

Menu:
1st course
Don Pilar Blanco
Hierloom Tomato Salad
Nicoise Olives, Pine Nuts, Ricotta Salata

2nd course
Don Pilar Anejo
Hanger Steak
Parmagiano Polenta, Bordelaise, Swiss Chard

Dessert
Don Pilar Extra Anejo
Chocolate Mousse Cake,
Caremlized Hazelnuts, Chocolate Ice Cream

Sounds like it will be a great dinner. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it :( .

Casa,
It was an amazing dinner paired with some great tequila. First time I had been to the restaurant and it was great, I will definitely be going there again.

Wish I could have made it. I saw some photos of the dinner on Facebook. Looked like it must have been a great time. I hear 1833 restaurant is an amazing place. Thinking about taking the wifey there this weekend. :cheers:

Very unique place. The bar is pretty cool too, a white onyx that is lit up. Fortaleza and Casa Noble on the shelf which makes it even better. Just watch out for the ghost!
