I've set up a google group for organizing and discussion of photos from the trip. I sent out invites to all that i had emails for. If you were on the trip and haven't received an invitation to the group, please Email me.

Once we have a reasonable organized set of photos up and credited I'll make a general link available for everyone to check out.

I regret to inform you all that I must close the registration of the 2010 Blue Agave Tour. We have had spectacular level of interest this year. Our attendee list this year is compromised of the worlds largest tequila collectors, world class bartenders, national media, and many other tequila lovers!

I also allowed a slightly larger attendance this year. We are going to have to get the big bus. I am officially retiring after this year. My reasons are many. As much as I enjoy doing this, it takes alot of time and effort to put together. I would love to hand my contact information to the next young whippersnapper who would like to take the lead on this.

This is going to be a rockin year, I can already tell. We have a great mixture of new and old (and really old). Jalisco, be warned

If you have concerns about whether you 'made the cut', please email me at Rachel@tequilanuts.com. If you have paid your deposit, you are in. For those of you who sent via mail last week or paypal today, YES, you are in. I am going to be honest. I have two spots left on the expanded roster. Those spots are reserved for 3 prominent members who can't confirm yet (counting on one not coming lol). IF these spots aren't taken by the first of March, they will remain empty unless you give me 10k Just kidding.

Another item -
When talking with a few distilleries this year, it was obvious the impact the economy has had on them. As you know, many of these distillery owners don't just welcome us into their distillery but they treat us like family and insist on feeding us and filling us with great agave juice. I am asking our group to open our pocketbooks (just a little) to say thank you. I'm not asking for a large donation, just loose change or a couple or bucks or whatever. My goal is at least help defray the costs they go to entertain us. I am sure we couldn't ever cover it all, but it's the thought that counts. This isn't a requirement and you shouldn't feel obligated in any manner. As we deboard for these particular distilleries (not collecting for the big name/corporate owned boys) we will have a small donation bucket available.

What I need from you -
Full names of every attendee
T Shirt Size of Every Attendee. If you want a long sleeve t-shirt, let me know and I will collect an extra five from you down there.
Xtra TShirts are $15, Long Sleeves are $20
Email Addresses of at least one attendee in your group
State Side contact number for at least one attendee in your group
Contact number valid in Mexico (If available) for at least one attendee in your group. IF you are a blackberry user BIM's are free in Mexico to other BIM's

While we have a pretty full schedule of distilleries that would like us to visit, we are definitely taking recommendations, requests from members as well.
